Posada 6We custom make thermo-insulated fabric structures using various materials primarily having in mind the necessities of each client, local weather conditions (wind resistance, snow load, etc.). and all specific building local codes.

The structure’s frame is made with extruded aluminum and zinc plated steel fasteners. The pressurized roof is normally made out of PVC membrane although we carry an extensive selection of membranes for all sorts of situations and weather conditions including the new Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) coated membranes. TiO2 helps to clean the local air by reacting with the solar ultraviolet rays and by eliminating NOx and SOx (source of acid rain) therefore also helping on eliminating CO2 up to a rate of 1000 m2 per 1 m2 of membrane per hour and because it reacts (oxidize) with all organic matters nothing adheres to the surface cleaning is reduce to almost nothing but rain or a hose and water to clean them.

The aluminum alloy we use on our structures is light and high strength (alloy 6082 T6)
